This Lake Chelan luxury condo is located near all major Chelan vacation attractions and the Historic downtown main street. Pool is seasonal and weather dependent. We try to have it open early May to early October but dates may vary based on weather. STR-0136 Upon arrival you will be required to register all guests and cars as well as sign a registration form. If you are under the age of 25 at the time of your reservation, you will also be required to sign a liability form agreeing to our underage policy. Both forms state that any noise complaints, mischievous activity, disrespect of staff and/or other guests or not following property rules will result in immediate eviction with zero refund. Lake access varies depending on the season, the lake is generally high enough to access starting mid-June and starts to drain around October. There is year-round beach access 200' from the property at the Ranger Station. Walk to downtown. Great Lake access. The unit is right off the parking so easy for unloading and packing and was very quiet. Enjoyed the deck every night and rhe king size bed was very comfortable. The kitchen isn’t the best stocked so if you are cooking bring your own pans and spices. Tons of extra blankets and pillows which we loved. Great visit and great place. ##### Chandra L. The unit 621 looked like the photos. There is a pool and a hot tub but it was under maintenance for a full day which was a bummer. Easily slept our family of 5\. Short walking distance to town, great location on the lake, and close drive to other options. My only suggestion, which is small, is that if you plan to cook bring some extra supplies. We had to cook because of dietary restrictions but only had 6 forks total.
