My luggage didn't get put on the plane. It made it all the way from GLASGOW via DXB. I then personally checked it in at BNE but for whatever reason it didn't go on the plane to TSV. Qantas staff knew while I was airborne but no attempt was made to relay a message to me on arrival or even via the flight crew. I waited more than 45 minutes at the carousel. When all the luggage off my flight was collected I found a member of staff who knew what my name was before I told them. Received luggage eventually that evening. 6.5 hours later than I was meant to. Complaint sent to Qantas
