"The atmosphere at this lodge was peaceful and restful. We spent a lot of time in the rocking chairs on the patio looking out at the lake. The breakfast was adequate, with gluten free options that were a welcome surprise. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Some of the details in the room could be updated, specifically the balcony/bathroom door handles and the bathroom flooring that was cracked and moved when you stepped on the tiles. "

"Our extended family group had a wonderful stay. We have stayed in various locations at Lake Chatuge over 10 years, and this house is our favorite. The house itself is gorgeous and well appointed, the dock is top notch, and the cove is nearly perfect. We would definitely return. "

"The lake view from this house is beautiful! The lake tranquil in the small, quiet cove. House and amenities are as described. Comfortable and fun, with all the board games and the challenging electronic golf game which we were finally getting the hang of by the end of our week! Would book again. "

"Beautiful house on a perfect spot on the late with hassle free checkin/checkout. Our family loved this house. The dock is fantastic and the checkin/checkout process was super simple. This way by far our easiest VRBO experience. The house was clean, had great lines/towels, easy wifi, and everything worked (TV, hot tub, etc.) If I had to list a negative it would be the ice maker on the fridge did not work very well. We ended up getting some bags from the store and it was fine. This is a five star house for sure. "

"The house is beautiful and large enough for a group of 12 (ages 1, 10, 17, 18, 21, 21, 23, 23, 27, 27, 44, 46) not to be on top of each other! The view of the lake is amazing but even better mountain view at the dock. We come to the lake at least twice a year and this was by far one of our favorite houses! We even took some impromptu senior pics in the backyard! The kitchen is stocked with everything you need, high end appliances and grill, and a pleasure to cook in! Also a cool wet bar area. We have stayed in houses that Priscilla has managed before and she is amazing! Any questions or concerns we had were addressed quickly (not that we had any concerns!) and she is very friendly. The cove is perfect for swimming and boat protection. You're not constantly getting waked out. If you have a small child, I would definitely recommend bringing a baby gate! I think I saw you could rent them when you book too. Oh and comfortable beds! I hate to leave my sleep number at home and slept great there! "
