Perfect cottage for a couple or small family. Lovely sun porch to read on, king bed and cable in primary bedroom and a cozy sitting room also with full cable. It was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. Loved the kitchen, loved the beds, loved the living room. The backyard was huge and the deck was also quite large. The backyard was great to enjoy breakfast out there, the houses amenities were perfect for cooking meals at home and they had beach chairs which saved us since we forgot them! I definitely am looking forward to the next time we come back. The proximity to Harding's Beach was amazing for days we didn't want to drive far to go to a beach. The location was great for walks on the beach and runs around Chatham. Food store located close to the home along with several restaurants, many that were open in the off season. The space was very comfortable and perfect for 3 humans and a dog. We did note that the L-shaped couch in photos was not the couch in the living room and we were only slightly disappointed. It is really large and almost doubles the living/relaxing space. It's less than a mile from Hardings Beach where we went every day. It's worth it to buy a weekly beach pass because you will be there every day! It was also a short drive to downtown Chatham and Lighthouse Beach. We brought our little pup and we felt safe letting her out with us in the fenced-in yard. We were there in late June, but there is a gas fireplace which I imagine is great during the fall. The only reason we didn't give it a 5 stars is because the kitchen could use an upgrade, but really, who cares when you are on vacation. ##### Jacqueline S.
