We very much enjoyed our stay. Helpful: Bring flashlights if you want to walk to town at night from the cottage. It is a short 20 min. walk, but part of the walk is without a sidewalk. And use the provided de-humidifier - very helpful. Also... visit the Atwood Museum and the working windmill nearby, the working lighthouse, the fishing pier, the Morris Island loop trail, the Cape Cod Rail Trail, beaches, and more. So much to do. We did have a slight miscommunication with our check-in and the linens not being ready for our stay, but it was quickly remedied. The staff was polite and helpful. We would book again. ##### Janna B. The Sand Dune cottage was quaint and cozy. It was enough for two people. The location was great and we got in many walks and runs along the water. Downtown Chatham was about a 5 min drive. This cottage was in a great central location to almost anything on the Cape. Close to downtown Chatham and area beaches. Probably wouldn’t call either particularly walkable unless you’re up for a fairly long trek on roads without sidewalks most of the way. Cottage was as advertised - cute but small. Only things that weren’t our favorite were the shower that seemed to change temperature at will and the fact that you had to climb over one another to get into the bed.
