Near the new chairlifts that connect from Superchâtel To Linga. Panoramic views over the Mont de Grange . 400 m from the Swiss border , in the heart of the Portes du Soleil . In winter : 650 km of ski area over the Portes du Soleil , 12 ski resorts , 8 of them in France , 4 in Switzerland . In summer : 380 km of marked out trails and 23 ski lifts ; ideal for hiking or mountain biking . Household linen (dishtowels), bathroom linen (towels), bed linen (sheets, pillow cases) are not provided, remember to take your own. In the bedroom: 1 bed 140x190 cm, 2 bunk beds: 90x190 cm. Equipped with a raclette grill , a special saucepan for fondue savoyarde and a radio . Very comfortable two-room apartment , class 2 stars , for four people . Panoramic views over the Abondance Valley , 1200m/2200m .
Feel free to use the equipment : a dishwasher to make it easier for you (you are on holiday , aren’t you ?) If you want to taste the specialities of the region , you have a raclette grill and a special saucepan for a fondue at your disposal , and you can use the oven for the tartiflette , of course !

This property owner is great to work with. We had a little bump in our stay do to some miscommunication but Steve was excellent at rectifying the situation and was more than accommodating. The setting is beautiful and close to OU. Very clean. Hot tub was very clean as well.
Great location, easy parking, rather compact even for three of us, but good value for the region. The decor is old fashioned in a 2007 Yellow Pages way rather than rustic or retro. Note that you'll need to bring bedding, towels, tea towel, and even bin liners unless you want to be combing the Intermarche just out of town. Also, the microwave is insanely powerful - don't assume normal 800W, I think it was double that. The owner is very helpful, friendly and communicative.
Appartement très fonctionnel et situé proche des navettes pour aller vers le centre ! La vue sur la vallée est un plus appréciable :)

Nice house close to shops, restaurants and swimmingpool
We went skiing with our family with 2 kids. The house is on the road to the center (about 300 metres). The house is a little bit old, but everything youd need is there. The is a very nice balcony where you can sit in the sun. A very modern swimmingpool (Forme d'O) is at 7 minutes walk (entrance 12 euros adult) with warm outdoor pool. Cartravel to ski lift is max. 10 minutes. Please arrive at the ski lift before 9.30 due to parkingproblems. If you have no need for luxury we could advise this house to everybody.

simple but oké
We were in this appartement for 4 days with 5 persons. Skiing was nice. The skibusstop nearby, only 1 minute walk and little time to wait.
The appartement was small, just big enough for 5 persons. There is little space to store your things. It is a bit messy and creaky and not very clean.
All in all it was oké, nothing more than that.

Sejour canon, appart super. Proprio adorable
On a passé un super séjour à Chatel, la neige au rendez vous, l' appartement top, on a tout fait à pieds. La navette à 70 pas de l'appart'...La piscine pour se détendre à 10 minutes à pieds. Les commerçants tout près et la place de parking est vraiment un plus compte tenu dun manque de stationnement dans chatel. Appart fidèle aux photos, et propriétaire hyper sympa. Je recommande

Excellent séjour !!
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement très bien équipé et très bien situé dans Châtel. Vue du balcon magnifique et endroit très calme. Situé à 800 m du centre et à 300 m du Lac de Vonnes, c'est très facile de se déplacer pour se ballader sans utiliser sa voiture. Propriétaire très sympathique et sérieuse !

appartement bien équipée vue magnifique sur toute la vallée , proche du centre ville , de nombreuses randos à faire et activités à sensation . la propriétaire très sympathique . la suisse proche avec ses termes à ne pas manquer .quelques restos et commerçants simpa .bon séjour dans une région magnifique.et le temps était de la partie.
