Gîte Gavroche - Le Hameau Du Peu, with Shared Pool
Gîte Gavroche offers all the comforts you need, with views of the pool and our small animals. It sleeps up to four guests and features two bedrooms, a living-dining room with a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a terrace perfect for outdoor meals.
Bed linen, towels, and household linens are included in your stay.
Cleaning service is available for an additional fee, payable on arrival.
A laundry area with a washing machine is available for stays over four nights.
A car is essential for reaching our hamlet; free secure parking is provided.
Located in the heart of Val de Cher, near Amboise, Chenonceaux, and Valençay, the village is known for its historical and natural heritage, including a château, hydraulic balance, troglodyte houses, vineyards, and a wine museum.
Our small hamlet is a peaceful haven, located in the village of Châteauvieux with views of its castle. On our 3-hectare property, you’ll find three independent accommodations: the Gavroche cottage for 4–6 guests, the Fidel cottage for 4 guests, and the Happy cottage for 2 guests. If you wish, all three can be rented together. There’s a pool, a playground, and for the delight of all ages, our friendly animals (ponies, miniature donkeys, etc.) are on site.
Staying in our cottages also means enjoying our beautiful village! In the heart of Val de Cher, close to Amboise, Chenonceaux, and Valençay, the area is known for its heritage: castle, hydraulic balance, troglodyte houses, vineyards, wine museum, and more. Just 5 minutes from Beauval Zoo by car.
Cleaning is not included but available for an extra fee.
