"Very comfortable, warm and convenient place with nice outside space ( when it was dry) Lovely bedroom (and great bed), and shower room Well equipped kitchen and plenty of storage space for foods. Parking down the road was free and plentiful, although the temporary road closure made finding the house a bit tricky. Very helpful host who answered questions promptly, and gave us some very useful suggestions. Would definitely recommend, and will probably go again, for the market and the P'tit Resto...

"We all enjoyed our stay in Emmanuelle’s house. The clearly recent renovation makes for a comfortable accommodation. Two bedrooms have en-suite baths, the third king bedroom has an adjoining full bath; a triple twin bedroom is upstairs. The kitchen is well equipped with appliances and dishwater. The app based tv means that you aren’t bound by local cable tv offerings. There’s a nice yard, pool and plenty of parking behind an electric gate. "Nice little rental with minimal but adequate kitchen, but not for cooking any elaborate meals. Butcher, Boulanger and small grocery store all within walking distance. Very close to Château Chenonceau and numerous wineries. Small pool but nice to have on a warm day."

"A beautiful place which is cozy and nicely decorated and furnished—a little out of town for a quiet, soothing visit. Outdoor dining area, lovely pool and a large play area with all sorts of sports equipment. A well-stocked kitchen, cd player and a variety of cds. Upstairs is a nice area to relax, watch tv, read, etc. All the bedrooms were very nice. Highly recommend Patrick’s lovely home and hospitality. Great base to visit regional chateaus."

"We loved staying in this older and totally renovated home near Amboise and Chateau Chenonceau. It is a lovely home that is part of a renovated compound surrounded by grape vinyeards near the adorable town of Franceuil. The house is perfect with 2 bedrooms upstairs and a lovely well-appointed and renoovated kitchen and living room complete with a small but upscale gas wall fireplace for colder nights. The home has everything you need for a fantastic get-away including a lovely swimming pool...

Nous avons profité pour profiter le Zoo Parc de Beauval situé à environ 25 minutes. Le niveau d'équipement de la maison est tout à fait satisfaisant. Nous recommandons !"

Two small things: (1) a surprise 75 euro cleaning fee on top of vrbo charges (announced after confirmation/deposit) and (2) no Wi-Fi or phone service (the owner is addressing this)."
