A large entrance with storage and an office, living room with kitchen, dining room and lounge, a bedroom (a double bed 160x200 cm) with a 19th century ceiling decorated with gold leaf with its private bathroom and a separate toilet. Outside a private parking space in front of the apartment in the Balsan park.
