  • Bright housing of 60 m2 refurbished in a village house close to the city centre and all amenities.

    Châteaurenard is located halfway between Saint-Rémy-de-Provence and Avignon (10km).
    A warm Provençal village, located in the centre of the thousand landscapes offered by our wonderful territory, from the Camargue to the Calanques and from the Cévennes to the Pagnol hills, crossing the countless vineyards of the Alpilles massif, the Luberon, Mont Ventoux and the Sainte Victoire.

    Private single-storey accommodation, refurbished in a cosy, warm and bright style. Fully air-conditioned.

    Located two minutes walk from the town centre and at the foot of the Tours de Chateaurenard where you can find various shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, theatre and a cinema.

    The house has a fully equipped kitchen opening directly onto the terrace with induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle, microwave oven, refrigerator, toaster.

    A new space with a private terrace has been created with wooden garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue at your disposal so that you can enjoy the beautiful Provencal sun.

    There is also a desk available in the living room.

    In the Living/Dining Room, the sofa can also be used as a sofa bed in order to accommodate 2 additional people.

    Connected TV where different programmes will be offered:
    (Netflix / Disney + / Prime Video / YouTube....)

    A secure field is at your disposal to park your vehicle.

    Avignon TGV station 15 minutes away and Marseille airport 45 minutes away by car.

    The Châteaurenard bus station (10 minutes walk) serves Avignon (train station and airport) and all the surrounding villages and towns.

Visite Région Provence

Le gite est bien situé pour pour faire des vistes à la journée d'Avignon, d'Arles, de Nimes, des Baux, de Gordes, de Roussillon. Et à 1H15 des Saintes Maries de la Mer et d' Aigues Mortes.Nous avons apprécié le parking dans la cour intérieure sécurisée.

Une semaine en Provence dans un appartement spacieux et propre, conforme à sa présentation. La climatisation a été bien appréciée. Cette location, proche des commerces et tout à coté d'Avignon, nous a permis de passer un agréable séjour. Merci à Emilie.

Casa veramente carina e moderna come da foto. Comodi i condizionatori in quanto senza la casa sarebbe molto calda. Posizione ottima per visitare la Provenza. 25 min circa da Avignone e Saint Remy. 40 min circa da Gordes, Roussilon, Sault e Arles. Parcheggio privato dentro alla corte molto comodo. Davanti casa si trova una boulangerie veramente buona. L’host parla solo francese come è indicato nella descrizione. All’arrivo richiede €40 di pulizie non comprese nel prezzo totale della prenotazione, che non sono menzionate nella sezione “spese extra” dell’applicazione di VRBO Italia.
