On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, a shower room, and a separate toilet. On the second floor, there are 3 bedrooms, a toilet, a dormitory with 4 beds, and a shower room.
    The house, which is perched on a hill and the garden full of charm, offers exceptional views over the valley and the Epte River. Less than 1 hour from the centre of Paris, it is a stunning, quiet, green haven.
    By the Epte, the natural and historic border between Ile-de-France and Normandy, the house is located right in the heart of the nature park of the Vexin. The surrounding countryside offers many activities and excursions.
