"Best perk here was the park across the street. Very beautiful. The breakfast and staff were fine. One was maybe a little too eager to please, not thinking about checking facts. Biggest downer was running out of toilet paper. I'd say I got what I paid for overall."

"Very fashionable hotel in a good location. The mattresses and the pillows were not great. The refrigerator didn’t work. We asked for hangers and did not receive them. The Bell staff and valet staff were excellent. Breakfast buffet was OK. There is a bar on site with minimal food options. No true restaurant on site."

"The hotel was immaculate, and smelled very clean. However, they don't make up the room for less than three nights, and also don't tell you that. So no clean towels. No more coffee and what I went to ask for that, the staff member was a little short with me. I don't think I got a discount for reduced services on day two. But overall the room was very nice and the hotel was very nice. I didn't eat the breakfast but there was coffee available in the lobby and so that was was nice but it wasn't decaf. Saved me a tip anyway."
