"Great location for exploring the Emerald Coast, many good beaches within a few miles. The nearest one, Penn Guenn, has lovely sand and is gently shelving, great for swimming. The cottage is in a very rural location so no amenities within walking distance but good supermarket about 3 miles away at Matignon. The house was very clean and comfortable and has good outdoor space with a securely fenced garden. No wifi and no British tv so take games and books. Otherwise, it had everything we needed and we really enjoyed our stay."

"The location on the cliff above the beach was stunning.Beautiful panoramic views of a sandy beach and colourful windsurfers and sailing boats provided interesting entertainment.The house itself had lovely old furniture and impressive stencils decorating every room.The host had provided an excellent array of cooking pans and plentiful pretty French china .The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were good except in the top bedroom the shower could have done with a hook to hang the showerhead on.The little additional Summer house in the garden overlooking the beach was an added delight.The access to the beach through the door in the wall made going to the beach very easy although probably not suitable for older guests because of the rocks.There was an easy way to the beach along the road 2 minutes walk.Beautiful sunsets lit up the sky on several evenings.The hosts were very friendly and welcomed us with a basket of regional food.They made us feel welcome and as they live nearby are easily contactable.Pet friendly enclosed garden."
