"We booked this particular property because the property offered on the website a sauna, hot tub, coffee lounge, bar, restaurant but we found ourselves having to go out for a meal because the restaurant was only open on a Wednesday and after a long drive this was not what we expected to do. The sauna & hot tub were an additional charge 20€ for 30 mins. the other facilities were not up and running. We felt we had booked this stay under false pretences. "La Bastide is a great Provençal hotel in an amazing and quiet area. The place is surrounded by trees, vineyard, a farm and piece of arts.
Next to the Bastide, 10/15 mn by walk, you have the winery the Commanderie de Peyrassol. The vineyard is stunning. Within the vineyard, you have two restaurants, check Jeanette a gastronomy restaurant with great food and the Bistrou Lou for more casual food. Both restaurants are great and in a great location.
The wine tasting tour is not to miss.

"We stayed here with a number of friends for a wedding nearby. The rooms were very modern and spacious. The pool was lovely. The food was delicious for breakfast and dinner and the staff was so kind and welcoming! Highly recommend. "
"This is a unique and special place. A little pricey, but worth it. This is a manor house built in 1795, with a wine cellar, and an indoor swimming pool also in the cellar. Just beautiful. We stayed on the top floor, with a round water bed, and skylights that look up to the stars. There is also an outdoor wooden infinity swimming pool with a jacuzzi corner. It's just an amazing feeling to be in a wooden swimming pool. Lovely breakfast. Wish we had been able to stay 2-3 days."

"We had a fantastic two weeks in the house. When we arrived, we received a warm welcome and the information pack in the house had plenty of tips for where to visit in the area. Communication with the owners was very easy and they replied to our messages quickly. The house itself is well appointed and we felt instantly at home. It is a short drive from the local town and other villages, in which, we could find all of the essentials for our stay. We spent a few days touring the sights and towns in the area and lots of time relaxing by the fabulous pool. We spent our evenings curled up in the cosy living room. Our kids particularly enjoyed having so much space both inside and out. I thoroughly recommend the house as a place to escape to."
