"The Outlander Motel was a great stay! The rooms smelt clean as soon as you walked in them, we felt so safe in the evening there. Good amenities in the rooms esp because there isn't much open late so it was great to have a fridge and microwave we could use. There's a BBQ you can use with a seating area. The couple that runs the motel are so helpful and friendly. I will definitely be back!"

"Check in staff friendly & professional. We paid the $33 a day for hotel parking, as there appears to be only paid overnight parking in Sun Peaks village (even though the resort was very quiet in the shoulder season between summer & winter ski). Room was comfortable and spacious, comfortable bed & good shower. Had buffet breakfast one morning, good choice of food and attentive staff. Unfortunately the indoor leisure facilities were closed during our stay due to renovation. Liked Sun Peaks as a resort, gondola open and walking trails up top."

"We had a great stay at Chase Country Inn Motel. We have three things we look for in a motel: cleanliness, quiet and a comfortable bed. This motel gets 10/10 on all three. Although this is an older property, it was spotlessly clean. We had a great night's sleep, and heard little noise in our room. The motel is close to the highway, but the heavy windows kept almost all of the noise out. A continental breakfast was included and we were expecting a choice of bread and pastries. But when we got there we were presented with a menu of 5 breakfasts, which were served to our table. It was delicious. The manager was very friendly and took great care of us. This motel is an outstanding value."

"We stayed overnight driving from YVR. Katrina and Russell are the most gracious hosts. The photos on Expedia don’t do their property justice. It is so beautiful! The rooms and bathrooms are immaculate. I love the cottage/farmhouse decor. Our bathroom is not in the bedroom but just located across it so if this is something that you’re not comfortable with, make sure to tell the hosts when you book your preference. The breakfast is all homemade and Katrina’s jams are so delicious. This will certainly be a regular pitstop for our future road trips."

"The suite was very well cleaned, maintained and decorated! We really loved the lawn and beach space. Perfect for young kids. Views are beautiful and the spot is so peacful. Check in and communication was easy. The only things I'd note are: cooking space is very limited so plan accordingly (one burner hot plate) and the path or steps down to the suite could be a barrier for some, especially if carrying heavy coolers!"

"We had a great stay at this VRBO and would definitely return. The location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to the village and a quick trip to the ski hill.The layout worked really well for a larger group, offering plenty of space while still feeling comfortable and connected. It was also well-equipped with all the cooking supplies we needed, making the stay easy and enjoyable"
