Overall the hotel is nice but could use some improvements. The beds are terribly uncomfortable and so hard. The staff was lovely but limited for certain services. Clean, efficient design, had everything we needed and the one bedroom apartment fit us all 5 comfortably. Location was perfect and within walking distance to the city center and major attractions. Staff was very friendly. Discovered a gem and will certainly stay there again!
