"Don’t expect to be able to get any food if you haven’t pre booked it. We travelled from the uk and after a long journey wanted some food and a glass of fizz. Only to be told that wasn’t possible. But a local bar shut in one hour so we needed to be quick. For a place that cost over 330 pounds a night I’d expect a little bit more service. "The two different men at reception (evening and morning) were extremely pleasant and helpful. The room was clean, beds comfortable and despite being on the ground floor and facing the road, we never heard any traffic. Would stay there again next time we travel south. "

"Having had to pay for parking to check in at the named hotel, we then travelled to the apartment. On arrival having again paid for parking, we went into the apartment and found the bedroom with unmade dirty sheets and dirty towels in the bathroom.
