There are no screens on the windows, so if you want some fresh air, you also get bugs...there was a big wasp hanging around.3\. This is an old home with VERY creaky floors, doors, and stairs. It is impossible to be quiet when someone is sleeping, if you want to walk downstairs (bedrooms are upstairs).4\. The kitchen is tiny with little workspace.
