It is an older property with beautiful solid wood furniture and a comfy feel in a quiet neighborhood about 1.5 miles from UVA. All the amenities are as noted in the listing. The beds were comfortable (not too soft) and the kitchen had everything we needed. Abbey's instructions were clear and she was very responsive when I had trouble logging onto the wifi. The host is easy to communicate with and works to solve problems. The property is very nice and was very clean. Location is close to everything in Charlottesville, but is on a quiet street in a quiet neighborhood. Loved the decor. Very walkable. The beds were comfortable and kitchen well supplied. TV room was great. Heater helped with chilly nights. Abbey, the owner, was very easy to work with and always answered my questions promptly. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed - nicely decorated with a well-stocked kitchen and two sitting areas in a great residential neighborhood not too far away from Grounds. We knew that the bars and restaurants would be mobbed during this weekend, so the house served as a perfect place to host a small gathering with friends and family to celebrate my daughter's UVA graduation. The yard (have your choice of a front or back yard) was a perfect place to entertain everyone. ##### Debbie B. The property has been severely neglected over the past several years, as evident by the cracking and peeling exterior and interior paint. Several key features were broken and not working, such as chairs and lights.
