Pharmacy Apartment | Luxury Monthly Stay Downtown

  • This 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment in a recently renovated historic farmhouse is an excellent home base for your next visit to Charlottesville. Located in the heart of Belmont, the Pharmacy Suite is just 1 of 4 suites in the building and is located on the 2nd level (stairs required). The property is located directly behind some of the Charlottesville's best restaurants (Tavola, Mas, Local, Conmole, Belle, Southern Crescent) and is an easy 10 minute to the Downtown Mall.

    This historic Belmont house was converted into apartments around the 1930's. In 2018, the house was completely renovated into unique, 1-bedroom suites with modern amenities. The design theme for this suite was inspired by the original pharmacy that was formally a staple in downtown Belmont. An intricate mural, modeled after an apothecary cabinet, seemed fitting as the kitchen backdrop.

    Unfortunately, we do not allow pets at this property.
