I had no idea that moxy has changed my booking and relocated me to elsewhere in the city. I did not consent to that, and the last minute change by one side is unacceptable. This is unethical. 315@Loso Hotel
Everything was great other than the back and use doors were inaccessible at night. Our room cards would not work on the doors. We had to walk around the entire hotel. Not safe for women traveling alone.
