The Space: The Trifecta on 7th Street is a charming two-floor, 1 bedroom, 1 bath rental in the 1st Ward District of Uptown Charlotte that includes a fully stocked kitchen, comfortably furnished rooms, and free enclosed private parking. It's within walking distance to the convention center and Uptown Charlotte's best restaurants, pubs, and entertainment. Our townhome is Charlotte-inspired and it shows in our decor. Everything you see on the wall is somewhere you can go. We love to give recommendations to our guests so never hesitate to ask us for things to do, places to eat, or sights to see. What you'll really like about staying at our space: • Cleanliness. Our space is professionally cleaned before each and every reservation, while many other listings in the city are not. You'll really appreciate staying at a clean and well taken care of space. • Communication. We have a 100% response rate for a reason.
