★ PETS: Pets are welcome however must be disclosed at time of booking. An additional non-refundable fee of $150 PER PET PER STAY will be charged. This fee does not cover unexpected damage to the home. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN POOL OR HOT TUB. Pet waste should be disposed of properly. Pets should use designated natural grass areas for restroom, not turf.

★ SECURITY DEPOSIT:
▪️ Amount - $1,000
▪️ Description - The security deposit is placed as a card hold through Hospitable. It’s a card hold, not an upfront charge, and it’s typically placed 2 days before check-in and released 2 days after checkout if no issues are reported. If there’s damage or extra charges, the host can submit a claim within 48 hours after checkout. If a guest disagrees with a charge, they can message the host to discuss it.

★ ADDITIONAL FEES & POLICY VIOLATIONS

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests and neighbors, additional fees may be assessed for violations of house rules, including but not limited to:

• Unauthorized parties, events, gatherings, or commercial activities
• Exceeding the maximum number of guests listed on the reservation
• Unapproved visitors or overnight guests
• Violations of quiet hours
• Smoking or vaping inside the home
• Unauthorized pets
• Unapproved late checkouts
• Tampering with, disabling, or covering security devices located on the exterior of the property
• Excessive cleaning requirements, damages, or misuse of amenities

The Host reserves the right to charge additional fees, seek reimbursement, withhold all or a portion of the security deposit (where applicable), and/or submit claims through the booking platform for any costs incurred as a result of rule violations. This may include, but is not limited to, additional cleaning fees, property damage, excessive wear and tear, neighbor complaints, municipal fines, security responses, lost revenue, staff overtime, and any other documented expenses resulting from the violation.

Guests acknowledge and agree to these terms by completing their reservation.

★ STARTER ESSENTIALS: We provide our guests with all linens (sheets, bath towels & pool towels) as well as a complimentary starter pack of essentials including: toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, kitchen necessities such as garbage bags, paper towels, hand and dish soap, dishwasher soap and laundry detergent. Please consider the length and purpose of your trip when planning your stay with us - our essentials are provided to get your vacation started.

Guests have access to the home. There are however, two owner`s closets downstairs. These are for owner/cleaner use only. Thanks!

Located in Charlotte’s Montclaire neighborhood, The Wensley Social offers a convenient balance of quiet residential charm and quick access to some of the city’s best attractions. The home is just minutes from SouthPark, South End, Park Road Shopping Center, and Uptown Charlotte, with plenty of nearby restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, and grocery stores. Outdoor enthusiasts will also love being close to the Little Sugar Creek Greenway and the nearby Renaissance Park trail system, home to some of the best mountain biking trails in Charlotte. Whether you`re visiting for a relaxing getaway or to explore the city, Montclaire provides a central location with easy access to it all.

The Archdale Light Rail Station is about a 14-minute walk from The Wensley Social, offering easy access to Uptown, South End, and many of Charlotte’s most popular destinations. Uber and Lyft are also readily available for quick trips around the city.

This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, so we ask guests to be respectful of neighbors and observe quiet hours (10pm-8am) during the evening. The property is perfect for family trips, group getaways, and relaxing stays, but it is not intended for large parties, one night stays, or disruptive events. Small gatherings may be considered with prior approval.
QUIET HOURS: Please respect our home, neighbors, and amenities during your stay. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

GUEST MAXIMUM: The home accommodates a maximum of 12 guests. Events and parties are not permitted without prior approval. Select group stays such as wedding parties, bachelor/bachelorette trips, family gatherings, golf trips, and corporate retreats may be approved on a case-by-case basis. Unauthorized events or excessive disturbances may result in immediate removal from the property without refund.

NO SMOKING: Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited anywhere inside the property.

PETS: Pets are welcome with prior approval and must be disclosed at the time of booking. A $150 non-refundable pet fee per pet, per stay applies. Pets are not allowed in the pool or hot tub, and all pet waste must be properly cleaned up and disposed of. Please use designated natural grass areas for pet restroom breaks rather than turf areas.

LATE CHECKOUT POLICY: Checkout time is 10:00 AM. Unless we`ve approved a late checkout in writing before your departure, the property must be completely vacated by that time.

If the property is not fully vacated more than 15 minutes after checkout, a $40 cleaner waiting fee will be charged.

If our cleaner is required to leave and return because the property is still occupied, an additional $80 return trip fee will be charged.

Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from an unauthorized late checkout, including but not limited to additional cleaning labor, delayed check-ins, refunds or compensation provided to incoming guests, and any other documented expenses incurred.

Unauthorized late checkouts that interfere with the preparation of the property for incoming guests may also result in additional charges through the booking platform.
