This is my third stay at this location - love the safe, walkable and abundant food choices available. The condo itself is well maintained, very comfortable and a luxury to be experienced for oneself!I will continue to book here any time I am in the Charlotte area.Kudos to Doug and his team!
The host was super responsive from start to finish. The location was the absolute best. We parked the car on the adjacent street parking for our 2-nite stay and walked to all meals and the neighborhood park. Our daughter loved riding her scooter everywhere.
We loved this apartment. It was close to stores and great places to eat. It feels more like a home and has a wonderful balcony to enjoy. It has a mix of historic charm and up scale living. We will stay here again most definitely.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We found the apartment to be spacious and comfortable, and it came with all the amenities we desired. The balcony was a real plus. The location was great - historic neighborhood with convenient access to everything. We liked the vintage aspect of the apartment, but the decor could use some refreshing. Best of all was our host. Doug's communication and responsiveness from start to finish was exemplary. He was truly interested in our satisfaction.
Lovely Spot in Great Walking Location to Restaurants
My wife and I stayed here for 2 weeks while trying to find a neighborhood to move to in Charlotte. We liked the area so much, we moved in just down the street. Our favorite part of this place was the lovely 2nd floor balcony/patio and we spent a lot of time there people watching. The home is lovely, in a quiet area, and close to restaurants and bars in Elizabeth and Plaza Midwood.
It would have been nice to have more toilet paper, trash bags, and paper towels for a 2 week stay. We ran out fairly quickly and had to run to the Harris Teeter nearby.
We enjoyed our weekend stay. The apartment was quiet, clean, dog friendly and very spacious. We really appreciated that the owners left us snacks and drinks.

It really is home away from home
We love staying at this location in Charlotte, the best pizza is down the road and great shopping a walk away at Envy. The place is fabulous, so cute and the porch is most enjoyable. We recommend it to everyone, hotels are not the way to enjoy a city, actually living in the city is the only way.

Great home away from home in Charlotte!
I stayed in the unit just for one evening while visiting relatives who live nearby. It was perfect! The apartment is clean and comfortable, and the snacks and drinks were more than I expected. I'd definitely stay here again.

Very nice - Convenient Location
The place was clean and spacious. The owners attentive and considerate. The bed was very comfortable. A great experience all the way around. About 1.5 miles to the Spectrum and the weather was nice so we walked every day.
This is the third time our family has stayed at one of Jim's properties in Charlotte. We enjoy them so much that we seek them out exclusively for our visits to Charlotte. This apartment is well-maintained, thoughtfully appointed, and in a great location.

Wonderful stay
Quirky old building in an excellent location- I'm in the charlotte area often, and for the first time, my residence was walkable to stores and dining. Quiet street close to the action. Charlie was a welcoming and accommodating host; not at all intrusive, yet only a text or phone call away.
We loved the snacks and bar too! I will definitely seek out another home collection property for my next stay!
Not only is the property it self a nice little hidden gem in Charlotte but the neighborhood is amazing and very walkable. They went above and beyond when I left my Apple Watch to get it back to me. I will definitely be staying with them again! Thank you so much.
Was it really cute apartment older but I like that nice wooden floors High ceilings. Only issue I had was I could not run the dishwasher at the same time as the window unit air conditioner in the dining room or the fuse would flip lol.
This is such a unique apartment. Although only one bedroom and bath it is very spacious and you actually feel like you are in a small home. Love the outside terrace and watching all the walkers and their dogs! A great place to unwind after a day working or whatever. The management team is very responsive and although the internet went down for a short-time (not their fault and outage in the area), they kept us updated until all was good. Loved that the owner left such nice snacks and wine and felt appreciated. Very convenient to wherever you need to head out too and we will surely be back!
