Sunny Daze- Chic studio condo in Afton Village 1 Queen bed and couch for small child. Washer and Dryer in the condo. Roku TV and high speed internet. Above wine bar, ice cream and next to many other restaurants and shops. Less that 15 minutes from Charlotte Motor Speedway. Guests will be provided a unique building door entry and entry code for their stay. The address is the door number, no unit number.
NO smoking- $500 fine for smoking or vaping plus damages
NO dogs/pets of any kind- $200 fine plus damages
NO use of hair dye- $50 fine plus damages
Must be a minimum of 25 years old to book

Good Location

This is in a very convenient location for getting to any of the main roads with easy access to good food.

Great little spot to stay a night or two

My friend and I stayed one night at “Sunny Daze” as we were in the area visiting The Depot at Gibson Mill on an antique hunt. The space was small, cute, and quaint! Perfect for our one night stay! We really liked that the main entry was a coded lock as well as the room coded lock which made us feel nice and safe. The area had a great pizza pub that was in walking distance that we really enjoyed. We Would definitely stay again if traveling in the area !

Super Cute!

Super cute studio in a great location close to restaurants and coffee shops. Would like to have had the bathroom cleaner, particularly the shower curtain and door.

Nice condo

The condo was really cozy and just enough space for me and my husband. We had plans to venture out but the place was so homey we stayed inside most of the time. Great amenities and close to everything that you would need and more. The host was great with communication. We will be back.

Our stay

Very difficult to find . numbering system very confusing. Did not give the password for the wifi. The condo was very clean and well decorated. Roku tv only no regular stations.
