Perfectly situated in Uptown, a brand new community of luxurious apartment homes. Modern kitchen, stylish wood plank flooring, and panoramic views of the city. Walking distance to the Convention Center and the uptown commercial area. Great Location. With easy access to Charlotte’s sports scene. Bank of America Stadium and Truist Field are steps away! The unit is fully fitted with a washing machine, a flat-screen TV (No Cable, Netflix only), a sofa, and a closet. There's also a dishwasher, oven, and an electric teapot. Pets are allowed for an additional fee of $50 per pet per stay. Restrictions apply. Paid private parking is available on-site at $ 20 /day (reservation is needed). A $200-$500 refundable security deposit might be asked upon booking. The property host will contact you directly. “We manage multiple apartments in this building and neighborhood.
