Modern Comfort Relax Ready - No Smoking or Pets allowed

  • Modern home with good beds and contemporary styling. Perfect for lounging with friends and family or accessible to many Charlotte venues by car. Two car garage and friendly backyard space for grilling! Excellent space for young children and other travelers who may struggle with stairs.

    This is a ranch home and so is well suited for travelers with young children or who may not wish to compete with stairs. I understand a damage deposit is daunting, however you WILL receive this back so long as you do not smoke or bring pets into the home. Remediation of smoke and pet dander is time consuming and expensive.
