"The hotel was very clean and I would definitely stay there again. The check in was on 13th floor which I was not sure of upon entering, I am sure there was a sign but I missed it. It was less than a block from Spectrum Center and close to the Market. I was only there overnight but it was quiet and I was able to sleep great."

"Stayed for one night and it was a good experience overall. Hotel was nice and clean. Front desk staff was kind and helpful. But wanted to mention that as we were leaving, a man standing near the door tried to get us to talk to him about Hilton honors points, did we have 30 seconds; and when we said no, that we had to go, he followed us to the door continuing to try and get us to talk to him. I understand he’s trying to do his job, but we didn’t appreciate being followed to the door after saying no once."

"I really like Drury, they offer nice suites and I have a large family so I need seperate rooms. The staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is very good also. They keep nice clean pools and breakfast is awesome nothing really bad to say. I'll look for Drury brands in my next trip."
Quality Inn Charlotte Airport

"The outside needs upgrading, however, it seems to be in progress. No inside door safety lock. Room was clean and provided all necessities. Management helpful and polite. Comfortable soft bedding. Didn’t use breakfast, however, they provided shuttle service to and from the airport. The driver was polite and timely. Definitely would use Quality hotel airport again. Priced right."
