The pictures are not accurate. The place is run down. All the electrical in the apartment unit was messed up. Lights flickering, dimming, or completely shutting off. The microwave was glitching. The handles for the showers were both falling off, we had to fix one ourselves. The water pressure to the showers wasn’t great because of how barely hanging on the faucet valve was. Cheap shower heads. No remote to the tv in one bedroom. The exterior to the complex could use some definite work. The pool wasn’t the cleanest (nothing like the pictures). It was shut down for maintenance our first day. Litter and trash around the pool. The loungers and chairs were dirty. You would set down your white bath towel (no pool towels) and it was green from pollen. I had made management aware of issues from day one and wanted to see about moving places or getting a refund. I called every morning and everyone I spoke to reassured me that they were working on it but ultimately management had to communicate the decision to me and management has still yet to call me. The staff I did speak to on the phone were all kind and exceptional and I understand it’s beyond their decisions. However for having a 7 day guarantee for satisfaction for the stay I’m upset I still haven’t been told what’s happening. Would I book again? No, not until they make repairs.
