Would recommend
It was a lot of fun! Host was responsive and kind and home was clean. I just wish there were some paper towels or a couple more hand towels for cleaning up any messes we had(there is a family dollar right across the street though so it wasn’t that much of an inconvenience) But other than that everything was great!

Feels like a college apartment
My communication with the property manager was great, but the place wasn’t completely prepared for our arrival. There were glue trap for mice on the kitchen floor, only 4 towels for 8 people (discussed the number of people coming prior to arriving) and smelled of smoke and weed the whole time we were there. We think it may have been the neighbors? It was fine for a quick stay, but don’t recommend it as a vacation away from home.

While the duplex looked fine,it was not that clean.The floors were dirty, wouldn't advise walking barefoot.The walls in one bathroom were dusty and the baseboards really needed cleaning.Kitchen was fine and functional.
Couldn't use the bathroom with the glass door
because it wouldn't open on one end.The rug in the living room needs to be replaced it looked so dirty.I know it was advertised as cozy but didn't have that cozy feeling at all.😞
