Charming Original Lake Norman Cabin in Great Location - Come relax and enjoy!

If you are looking for the true lake living experience on a budget - this 864 square foot cabins offers everything you could need for a great vacation. The location is fantastic nestled in the heart of multi-million dollar homes and properties. It's almost hard to believe this little gem still exist here.

The private yard is populated with large trees and offers a big natural sandy beach with big cove/island views. The cabin itself has a really neat old stone fireplace, comfortable furniture & beds, and clean. It is well stocked with free coffee, spices, cooking utensils, linens, towels and everything you might need.

There are TV's in both bedrooms as well as the living room with Netflix and to YouTube TV to enjoy High Speed WiFi for your other devices.

Enjoy your complimentary morning coffee in the large screen room or the deck watching the ducks, geese and the occasional herd of deer. Although tempting, we ask you please Do Not feed any of them :)

At lunch time fire up the Gas Weber BBQ grill or the charcoal grill to cook your favorite foods. The Horseshoe pits and corn hole games will keep you entertained when you are tired of swimming in the lake.

The Private dock offers a seating area and a jetski port available for your use if you rent or bring your own PWC. Great fishing here also with rods and tackle provided for your use. 3 kayak with one being a double for your use and a paddle board.

This will be a clean environment for you to come enjoy the lake. Rest Assured! We also offer a very relaxed cancellation policy.

We absolutely loved our stay at Cozy Cabin! We kayaked everyday, cooked on the grill, enjoyed the dock and had a fire in the fire pit every evening! Stunning sunsets, so peaceful and we had gorgeous weather all week! This is our second stay at this property and we can’t wait for next year to visit again! Scott is a wonderful host, we just couldn’t ask for better communication!

This was our 3rd time staying at this lovely lakeside cabin. It has everything you need for a relaxing stay at the lake. We did more cooking than usual this time and the kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking needs. The convenience of kayaks at the house makes it convenient to hop on the lake whenever the mood strikes. Great view of the sunset from the dock. Wonderful host! We will be back!

Girls weekend

We loved the cabin and the surrounding areas. The lake is beautiful! We sat at the gazebo and visited for hours… It was fun and peaceful. We highly recommend this place.

Stellar host! Easy communication with quick response. Scott was very patient in answering questions. The location is fantastic and the cabin was well equipped. Sitting on the dock was my happy place and I enjoyed hours spent there. I deducted one star because my friend and I both found seating in the living area and on the porch to be very uncomfortable.

Cozy Cabin and beautiful lake property.

We had a wonderful stay in this cabin. Very clean, beds and furniture were comfortable. Very quiet and the lake property was beautiful. I would recommend this property for family and friends of all ages. The private beach was a wonderful bonus too!

Fantastic once again!

This was the third time we stayed at the Cozy Cabin and our stay was absolutely wonderful. We spent hours just floating around enjoying Lake Norman. The location is perfect for entertainment and restaurants. Hope to be back again soon!

The location and coziness of this cabin was top-notch. The welcome basket and coffee bar was also a nice unexpected bonus. Our family of 5 had a wonderful week. Having the beach, dock and water toys made the outdoor experience just perfect. We spent most of our week outside. The only issue we had were ants around the kitchen sink/counter but aside from being a little annoying, it wasnt that big of a deal. We would definitely come back again.

Vacation with grandchildren.

This was our second time staying at Cozy Cabin and we had another great time. Lots of water toys to entertain all ages. Fun sitting on the back porch or in the cabin and watching deer and fawns frolicking on the beach and in the yard.

Great location! The accommodations were comfortable. The lake is steps away from property. Awesome deck for fishing or hanging out. Fishing rods, kayaks, paddle boards, horseshoes, fire pit and cornhole. We highly recommend.

Perfect Getaway

Everything was immaculate when we arrived and the view was breathtaking. The cabin was fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay, the welcome package was an added surprise and our cat Lilly enjoyed her little treat as well. Seeing the deer and little red fox each day made our getaway even more memorable.

Beautiful lake location

The Cozy Cabin is right on the lake, with a wonderful private beach. The front room was spacious and comfortable and the screened in porch was great for eating dinner and watching the sunset. It was great to have the kayaks, horse shoe pits and corn hole game available for family fun. We plan to visit family in the future with the definite plan to rent at this location again.

Exactly what we needed

Cabin was everything we were looking for. Cabin description was exactly as presented. Added plus was we were able to bring our dog. The private and quiet area was perfect for relaxing. Especially enjoyed the beach and boat dock where we watched sunsets each evening over the lake. Definitely would love to visit again.

Lake getaway

This was probably one of, if not, our favorite VRBO we've ever stayed at. The cabin was nestled by itself, allowed space for our dogs to swim, had a screened in porch and table on the dock we ate at almost every night, or just watched the sunset. This is such a little slice of heaven for a short getaway. The owner was very communicative and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great, which it was!

This is a great little place. Absolutely as described. Its so quiet and the fishing from the dock is pretty good. Scott was great and his housekeeper is super extremely organized. I would definitely stay again. Give it a thought.

Wonderful lake vacation!

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this lake house. Cozy Cabin was peaceful and offered wonderful views of Lake Norman. We paddled in the kayaks each day, walked the neighborhood and enjoyed a campfire each night. Scott is a great host and we will most definitely return. Thank you Scott! We had such a nice stay! Awesome beach area, great cabin

This property was perfect for my husband & I and our water-living dog. The beach area was phenomenal. The “Cozy Cabin” was just that, a perfectly cozy place to stay & relax. The host went above & beyond with the welcoming gift basket. Communication with the host was easy & quick. We would definitely consider staying here again. Thank you!
