Private Lakefront House: Fish, Kayak, Pets and EV Charge

  • Relax with your family at this peaceful private lake located just minutes from Charlevoix. Private dock with canoe, kayaks, paddle boat. Additional fishing boat with gear (available for rent). WATCH OUR VIDEO in the photo gallery of dawn from the balcony.

    Expansive lake view from inside this cozy home nestled in by trees on a quiet road. Fully stocked kitchen, large outdoor grill and lakeside fire pit. Kids can have their own TV, gaming and recreation area down in the lower walk out level (including comfortable sleeping accommodations) while parents can enjoy time upstairs which includes the living room, kitchen, bedrooms, main bathroom, dining area and balcony.

    Note: We have one security camera that looks out to the driveway and walkway to the front door. While guests occupy the property, it is only in used during departure days and arrival days to help monitor logistics. Nothing is archived. No other cameras exist in the house or side and back yards.
