This recently updated condo boasts beautiful laminate flooring in the main living areas, tile in the bathroom and kitchen, cozy carpet in the bedroom, and plenty of lighting. In the bedroom you will find a luxurious king-size bed, a tv with a roku remote, modern bedside tables, an alarm clock/radio, a luggage rack, and extra closet space. The living room offers a comfortable queen-sized sleeper sofa, a cozy arm chair, a smart tv with a roku remote, beautiful side tables, and an electric fireplace. There is also a dining room table that seats 3\. A lovely kitchenette offers 12 cup coffee maker, microwave, and a toaster. The handy coat closet is where you will find the bedding for the sofa bed, a broom, and the iron and ironing board. The large bathroom offers a jet tub, walk-in shower, separate toilet room, and a vanity for more storagre. In addition to the fabulous interior, through the sliding glass door you will find a 4 person seating arrangement on the screened in porch! No need to worry about privacy, the screen door locks and the curtains close fully. We provide towels and mini soaps for your use, as well as limited daily housekeeping services. Be sure to ask the front desk if you need a playpen or high-chair if you have a little one. Pointes North Inn has high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the building and coin-operated laundry on the second floor. The lobby area has seating which overlooks the heated indoor/outdoor pool. Very pet friendly. Unit is a kitchenette so smaller fridge with a small shelf for freezing. The Unit was very clean and well stocked with towels for our stay. Needed some minor maintenance. AC is window units in walls that tend to be a bit noisy .Bedroom has no windows so very dark .Rest of unit has lots of light. The unit was very clean and we enjoyed sitting out on the patio and relaxing when we weren't out and about. The bedroom could use some updating, especially the flooring but I felt that was minor. We appreciated the different rooms instead of one room and a bath that you get with a hotel room. Many other visitors with dogs, small dog grass area for bathroom breaks made this end unit super convenient! The management was very friendly, helpful and provided a small dog welcome bag with bowls and treats. Only complaint is the carpeting in the bedroom was obviously old/stained and one chair in the living room was in a similar condition. Would be amazing if owner removed carpeting and replaced/recovered the chair. Overall it is how the previous reviews state... Dated but a great location! ##### Shannon H.
