Lake Michigan water levels vary each year, but this frontage usually allows you to walk out almost a quarter mile into the lake before you get waist deep. You get a secluded feeling on this heavily wooded lot, but are just minutes from all conveniences. A wonderful, soothing retreat to get away from all of the stresses back home, but with all conveniences you'd expect in a luxury retreat. You'll enjoy the expansive deck, which is ideal for catching some sun or grilling out, also the perfect place for an evening cocktail. The great room offers plenty of seating, a massive stone, wood-burning fireplace, and views of Lake Michigan. For entertainment, there is cable, Smart TVs, BluRay Player with a movie library, board games, whole house music system, and WiFi. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped and has top-of-the-line appliances, including a Sub-Zero dual zone wine fridge, for your perfect temperature reds and whites. The spacious primary suite features a sitting area, king bed, private patio, lake views, gas fireplace, and bath with a dual vanity, soaking tub, and tiled shower.
