We encountered a family medical emergency during our stay; this led to an awkward situation for our hostess extra work for her as well. In the midst of this, she was extremely understanding and kind. We could not have asked for a more gracious treatment from a rental owner. We are very grateful for her response."

"The accommodations were good. The front desk person charged me for a room that I had already paid for and told me I'd have to leave if she refunded her mistake. Now I'm going to have to dispute the charges with my bank. And... there was no manager onsite or available by phone. Terrible service. I even had an email and receipt to prove I paid, which she admitted was in my portfolio, but that didn't matter."
