Very clean, updated, and stylish. I liked that each room had its own bathroom and TV. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The kitchen and living room accommodated our group of 6 very easily and made eating meals and playing games low stress. The outdoor patio furniture was another plus for comfortable seating. There are plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and ice cream stores within close walking distance. King Street is just a couple of blocks away. If you are willing to walk a little further, you can walk to the city market and the French Quarter without having to deal with parking. I would definitely stay here again. The only piece of advice I have is bring earplugs and use the white noise machines provided when falling asleep because if you have guests above you, you can hear them walking around/turning on water faucets/etc. ##### Jennifer W. We were within walking distance of King Street as well as many cute local stores and restaurants. The house was spotless and spacious for 5 women. We got some groceries delivered and were able to make breakfasts at home. We had to text about checking in early and towels as well as inquiring about how the ice maker worked.
