It was spacious, clean and had everything you would need for time with friends or family in Charlton. It is the second story of the house so it was nice that no one is above you. The host/management company was incredible at providing round the clock assistance, and it ended up we really didn't need anything because the place was so well stocked! Plenty of toiletries, towels, kitchenware etc. The walk to King St. took less than 5 minutes and there was even a cute bagel shop open for breakfast every morning right on the corner. I would definitely recommend this house for families or groups of friends that want to be in walking distance of the downtown food, shops and action. ##### Virginia G. This VRBO listing went above and beyond what we ever could have asked for. The on-premise parking was private and secure. Each room had its own thermostat and well-equipped bathrooms. The kitchen was well-stocked. The family room space had adequate seating and a spectacular tv. The 2nd floor patio was a perfect Charleston touch. Highly recommend. My only complaint would be that the wifi was not reliable. That being said, the rental agency was extremely responsive and helpful in trying to fix the problem, the only reason it wasn't fixed was a general apathy/distractedness on our part. ##### Eddie T. We recommend this property as it was clean and well located. The only downsides was parking was limited (1 Space for a unit that sleeps 8-10) and 1 air conditioning unit didn't seem to work, but overall we enjoyed this property and Charleston. ##### Paul K.
