It is a split level with a beautiful view of the golf course, two bedrooms downstairs and a huge master suite upstairs. Home was stocked with all necessities but we wished there was a regular coffee machine. We LOVED that there was a grill for us to use, a beautiful screened in porch and a quiet street. With only a few negatives, we would definitely stay here again. Major negative was the prevalence of cockroaches found during our stay - maybe 3-4 each day - and we also wished we were a bit closer to the beach with our 2 kids under 8\. It’s a BEAUTIFUL 15-min bike ride to boardwalk 40 but you can drive and hope for a parking spot in the lot around the corner for the boardwalk. ##### Lauren H. The kitchen has all the utensils, dishes, and cookware you need. Two King suites and a bunk bed room makes this a great house for adults and kids. The upstairs has a great setup with a huge closet, two vanities, two showers, and a laundry area. With everything you could want or need in a beautiful home that’s only a five minute drive from beach access, you can’t go wrong by staying at this property. It was even prettier than the online photos. Communication was outstanding before, during, and after our trip. We were able to text out questions and get answers almost immediately. I have nothing but good things to say about 729 Virginia rail Road ! Everything worked, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with silverware, cooking pots and more. We enjoyed sitting on the screened in porch with the fan above. We enjoyed sitting on the really comfortable rocking chairs on the deck overlooking the golf course. We were here attending a wedding and family gatherings before and after. We loved how our host reached out to us before during and after our stay. We had such a great trip to Kiawah! This house was perfect and the hosts were very responsive when needed and gracious to share their home! Plenty of sleeping room with pull out couch and a bunk room! Morning coffee and an evening glass of wine was great on the back porch.
