Monthly Rentals are available from January 2 until Good Friday of any calendar year. (Good Friday falls between March 30 and April 18 ) The price is $ 4,000 per month, plus VRBO fees and taxes. (even if the VRBO calendar quotes a lesser amount) You may also request a quote from the owner.
If you are booking during hurricane season in South Carolina (June 1 through November 30), Purchasing trip protection / Travel insurance is highly recommended.
Newly painted and decorated, the villa's location allows much quicker access to shopping and dining areas and is closer to Charleston.
Bay Pointe Villas, located just outside the Seabrook Island gate, is nestled on a peninsula surrounded by marsh and creeks. The location offers excellent privacy, a private pool, a dock, and SUNSET VIEWS overlooking Bohicket Creek. The pool facility grounds have outdoor grills, picnic tables, and a wash station.
Bay Pointe Villas are just 3 miles from both Seabrook Beaches, the Atlantic Ocean, and the Sound side of the Island. Enjoy white, fluffy beach sand at North Beach on the Atlantic side with a gorgeous 1-mile walk to Captain Sam's Inlet and views of Kiawah Island. The beaches on the island's sound side offer direct sunset views and calm waters.
Biking is an excellent way to see the island. Several bike rental companies will deliver and pick up the bikes at the condo.
WE PROVIDE ACCESS TO ALL POA (Property Owner Association) FACILITIES. (Pick up your POA amenity card at the Island Amenity Office just outside the Seabrook Island security gate.) $15 amenity card, refundable when returned at the end of your stay.
WE ARE NOT MEMBERS OF SEABROOK ISLAND CLUB. We cannot provide amenity cards for Club Activities, such as golf and Tennis, or the clubhouse dining and pool facilities.
FRESHFIELDS Village, only one mile away, brings neighborhood shopping to the crossroads of Kiawah, Seabrook, and Johns Island. (Be sure and pick up the FRESHFIELDS Calendar of Events)
Bohicket Marina Village is a significant hub of island activity and is only one-half mile from Bay Pointe Villa. Village shops offer everything from designer gifts and souvenirs to wines, liquors, sportswear, and more. Great waterfront restaurants offer dining opportunities for all tastes.
Located just three and a half miles from the Intracoastal Waterway, Bohicket Marina has 198 deep-water slips. Boat rentals, from kayaks to motorboats and sailboats, are available for full- and half-day rentals. Guided boat tours can be arranged.

Bay Pointe Villas is close to shopping, restaurants and only four miles from the beautiful Kiawah Beachwalker Park. The condo was very quiet and well appointed. We enjoyed having a private pool. Don't miss a trip to the Charleston Tea Garden/Plantation!
This was our second stay at this stylish and very clean condo. It was perfect for our fall getaway! The kitchen was well stocked and the beds very comfortable. Loved the bright, beachy decor and the proximity to Bohicket and Freshfields. Lots of wildlife sightings off of the common walkway and dock.Thanks so much for a lovely stay!
This was my first visit to the John’s Island area. Our condo was roomy, comfortable and adorably decorated. I enjoyed my morning swims in the private pool and walks on the community dock. We were a half mile from Salty Dog’s restaurant at Bohicket Marina. Would highly recommend staying here.
This property was perfect for the two of us! We loved the back porch overlooking the marsh and the boardwalk to the dock where we had stunning sunset views every night! The kitchen was just right for two people--small but equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals at home when we weren't dining out. The furniture was comfy and attractive and the bathrooms were immaculate. We enjoyed our stay here!
Susan is a wonderful host and the condo is so magical. You are surrounded by the marsh, which is a beautiful lull to sleep. The condo itself is well stocked and immaculate. I cannot say enough good things. We can’t wait to comeback.
We really enjoyed our stay The condo was very bright and clean. The windows in the living room made the place seem even bigger. At of all the properties we have stayed at on Seabrook, this property was the most stocked that we have seen. They had plenty of trash bags, complimentary bath soaps, ziplock storage bags and extra dish detergent. Thank you We had a wonderful time.
My niece was married on Seabrook proper and we selected this unit for its easy access on and off of the property. With the provided proper passes this was very simple. The unit had a well stocked kitchen and a washer/drier combo. A supermarket and other shops were two minutes away
Condo was great. Communication with property manager was great. Seabrook Island is beautiful. Only complaints were 1. when people moved in upstairs the noise was significant and 2. the stove is a pain to work and clean. All in all a great stay.
Beautiful condo! We loved our stay. It was super clean, adorably decorated, and up to date conveniences. We really enjoyed the 2 screened in porches and the walking pier out into the marsh. It felt very private. We used the pool everyday and most times were the only ones in the pool. The closeness of the condo pool was so convenient. We never even used the Beach House or the amenity card. We kayaked in Kiawah and enjoyed both Bohicket Marina and Fresh Fields Village. It is a perfect place to stay for a couple wanting some quiet, rest and relaxation!
It had been 10 years since coming to Seabrook Is. It never disappoints. The untouched nature that surrounds you, the beautiful homes with immaculate landscapes and wildlife. To top all that off this condo was absolutely perfect. It was extremely clean and stocked with everything we needed. The decor was beautiful and themed to being on the coast. The views were amazing to wake up to each morning while sitting on the porch with your cup of coffee. Every evening we made our way down the dock to see some of the prettiest sunsets. It was very quite and peaceful in Bay Point. Also, we took advantage of the pool that was just a few steps away from our condo. We will definitely be back!
This condo is clean, well stocked and quiet. We've never been out to the islands so we weren't sure what to expect. There is a decent amount of forms to fill out prior to the stay, parking permit needs to be obtained and there is a pass you have to keep on your dash while you're parking or gaining access to the islands.We went over to Kiawah to check that out one afternoon and had a drink at The Sanctuary which was interesting. One day we went to the beach at Seabrook which was nice, clean, easy parking etc. We never went to get the pass to get into that restaurant that's on the point, it just seemed like one more thing to do, we didn't miss it, there are lots of places to eat in the Freshfields center. We ate at the sushi place twice, really good and good service. Had ice cream at the little pharmacy there, limited hours but if you can get in there for a scoop or sundae its worth the few minutes. Surprisingly the grocery store there is well stocked and not overpriced like I thought it might be but due to the hours we did a Target order on our layover and picked that up on our way which I was glad we did. We had a maintenance issue on our flight and were delayed in Charlotte, so we wouldn't have made it before they closed. The complex is very quiet and well maintained. We had a nice trip overall and would not hesitate to stay again.
