The owner is quick to respond and was flexible with an extra hour check out (which we didn't end up using). Nice location with convenient access to Charleston and nearby beaches. Townhouse is as described. On our last night we happened to notice prior water leaks painted over in the ceiling. No big deal. But then we saw the air vents on the ceiling, The living room vent shows a significant amount of black mold spots inside the vent (visible from the outside with a flashlight). We were able to easily get into Charleston and explore. The neighborhood was quiet and close to two restaurants(Five Loaves and Sunrise Bistro) that we visited. Having a Publix literally across the street was a plus. The house is bright, extremely well decorated, beds were comfy and loved having the Keurig. Megan was very helpful before our stay, giving us recommendations of activities to do and places to eat. It was a great weekend and certainly met our needs.
