The place was great for a girl's weekend where we were on the go most of the time and the parking spot was very handy for our rental car. The park across the street was lovely. Walk down stairs to enter apartment. Nice kitchenette, no stove but microwave for cooking. Comfortable and clean furniture. Good water pressure.Washer and dryer. If you’re willing to walk 30 minutes to get to all the awesome shops King street offers, you certainly can! However we used Uber often. Hampton Park across the street is gorgeous. There are also a bar and restaurant nearby that you can walk to.However a few things you should be prepared for:1\. It’s a basement level apartment with low ceilings. If you are 5’10” or taller, be prepared to watch your head and squat during your shower.2\. No coffee pods for the Keurig coffee maker and no filters for the regular coffee maker.3\. Cockroach - I had one cross over my foot while getting ready in the bathroom.4\. The front bedroom with the king bed gets extremely hot, so you will want to sleep with the doors open.5\. People live upstairs and have a child(ren), and a dog so sleeping in may be difficult with the noise above in the early morning hours. ##### Ryan N.
