The balcony isn’t private, meaning it’s open to the walkway of the complex, so people coming up and down the stairway can interact with you. The location of this unit was perfect for us, just a walk across one road to get to the beach and the pool. The views of the ocean from all the rooms was lovely. The property was very clean and we found everything we needed to cook several meals and we all slept well too! ##### Lori P. The place was absolutely beautiful with amazing views and 2 minute walk to the beach. There was only 20 people on the beach because the entire island is private. We rode horses on the beach, chartered a yacht to see the dolphins, got full body massages, all within the island area. ##### Chris L. We loved our stay at this property! It was beautifully appointed, right on the ocean, had parking for our rental car and the island was so serene and lovely.
