The kitchen, bedrooms and common areas were well equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

#### Annual gathering

We had a great time using the fire pit. We went to Harper’s ferry to ride the trail and some people played golf. Lots of space to hang out. We would go back again

#### Family on the Shenandoah

We had a great family experience. The house fit our needs as a warm comfortable place for Christmas holiday. The Kitchen dinning and bedrooms gave us plenty of room to spread out. We enjoyed the wildlife (Deer) that visited the property each day.

#### Beautiful place for a birthday getaway

This property was awesome! Clean, nicely furnished, extra supplies if needed and a great layout. Two firepits were such a bonus. One by the house and one by the river. We will be returning!

#### Stunning Property with an Amazing View of the River!

11 people stayed at this amazing property! Our five children and spouses with one grandchild. I polled everyone and they all said they loved this home and the scenery! I highly recommend this rental VRBO home! Well stocked and so much space! We enjoyed every second there!

#### A peaceful retreat

We had a wonderful time at the river retreat. I loved taking the dogs on walks everyday by the river. The screened in porch was awesome. We cooked on the grill and ate dinner on the porch. The views of river from the house are gorgeous. Our two teenagers loved having the basement to themselves. We had a game night on the huge kitchen table. This trip could not have been better. Such a beautiful home and location.

#### Great Property

Beautiful, open floorplan, perfect for our family gathering. Home was very clean with nice furnishings, and most everything you need to get you going. Listing said drip coffee maker, but they also have a Keurig. We used the outdoor grill and works different than our Weber. Make sure you turn knob in to turn off, as turning all the way to right only turns it on high. Weather wasn't great when we were there, but enjoyed the home, and will probably be back next year! Also had deer in yard a couple days. Nice!

#### Perfect property and vacation!

What an incredible property! This was our first time staying here and after just one long weekend we can't wait to come back again! The house was perfectly appointed for our stay. Every detail from the updated kitchen, to the bedrooms, to the downstairs living area was top notch. All the mattresses on the beds were brand new and extremely comfortable. We spent much of the days by and on the river, enjoying the kayaks to explore the vast stretch of the Shenandoah. We enjoyed watching the blue herons, egrets, and ospreys hunt for fish (which were jumping out of the water) and even saw a bald eagle swoop overhead. The evenings ended sitting around the huge outdoor fire pit in the comfortable Adirondack chairs (loved the built-in cup holders!), which was the perfect way to close out the day. The river front and lawn area were perfectly maintained and freshly mowed which made every activity easy and fun. Additionally, the owners were incredibly responsive and gracious, the check-in process was a breeze. They kindly let us use some of their existing firewood which saved us from having to bring in our own. They truly made us feel welcome and it was clearly important to them that we had the best possible experience.

The property was so open, friendly, clean and inviting (both inside and out!). We are a group of 7 women who enjoy an annual get-together, and especially enjoyed that there were so many beds and bathrooms! We loved our time here, and are likely to come again! Thank you for a great experience!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful house. The host was easy to get in touch with and quick to respond when we had questions. The house was clean, beautifully decorated and had a great, well stocked kitchen. There were plenty of beds with very comfortable mattresses. There are several wineries & breweries within a 10 mile radius. Lots to do and enjoy. We would definitely do another girls trip and stay here.

Beautiful location. House is well laid out for a large group with several different spaces for gathering. Well stocked with everything you need. The only thing you might want to consider bringing with you is bakeware if you plan to do much oven cooking. Overall our group of 8 adults decided hands down this was the best rental house we have ever booked. The owner is super responsive to any communication and we had no issues whatsoever.

The property was very clean inside and the expansive lawn was well cared for. The owner/manager provided high quality body wash, shampoo and conditioner in each of the four bathrooms. We appreciated having a drip coffeemaker as well as a Keurig in the kitchen. The kitchen and screened in porch were where we spent much of our time when we were not sleeping or attending my daughter's wedding. I would stay here again if the need arose.

#### Supreme Shenandoah Spectacular

We stayed with family to attend our daughter's baby shower. We loved the tranquility, the space and estate, the furnishings and the overall ambiance. Although the weather didn't cooperate as we would have liked, fun was had by all.

I’d give it 4.5 if possible. Great kitchen, great property. There’s lots of space inside and out. Some things we found that could be made a little better are blinds in the master bedroom, raking of grass clippings, a slight smell coming from the laundry room, and possibly the addition of a table game alla billiards, foosball, ping-pong, etc. But over all great space and great hosts.

#### Very peaceful and lots of quality time

We loved the privacy and layout of the house. One of our favorites was the screened in porch overlooking a serene wooded area. I would have preferred window coverings in the bedroom to help block the light when sleeping in and for the yard to be mowed and treated for mosquitos. Lots of bugs and dog poo down by the river. Also, the bottom floor smelled like mildew.

#### Beautiful House and Beautiful Scenery!

We had our annual family trip at this house (kids ages ranged from 1-10 and then 8 adults) and the house was gorgeous! It was big enough for everyone, more than enough space. The beds are super comfortable, the provided towels were great quality, plenty of dishes, the grill worked amazingly, and the grounds were beautiful. When we went, they had just had some flooding so the walk to the river was very muddy but at the same time, it was still great! We had storm when we were there and the power went out. The owner was in touch quickly and very empathetic and it all worked out perfectly. Highly recommend. And for those wondering if you can swim in the river access part, yes but it is muddy. But still swimmable!
