Excellent breakfast with Thai, Chinese and Western options including a great coffee. The pool is wonderful for children, however loud music is played from about midday on, and the rooms are not soundproofed, so not very relaxing either by the pool or in your room. The hotel room has some nice design features but things like the gym and gym towels are quite dated. The buffet was arranged in a awkward manner with the food across a number of different stations in different rooms. Couldn't locate salt and pepper. Overall the breakfast buffet variety was not that great although food quality was high. For example there was no bacon and only one yogurt selection. There was no bathtub, no in room safe & the bathroom was extremely small & pokey. There were also no spare power points, not even for the supplied kettle, which REALLY detracts from the whole experience. Staff were very polite & service was immaculate.
