The room was spacious and clean. The hotel has a warm and comfortable atmosphere that truly feels like home. The amenities are locally made and of good quality. The staff were lovely, helpful, and polite. The location is very convenient and close to many tourist attractions. The pool is wonderful for children, however loud music is played from about midday on, and the rooms are not soundproofed, so not very relaxing either by the pool or in your room. The hotel is very beautiful. The room is nice and clean. The facilities are complete and everything works. The staff is polite and friendly and can communicate in English, which is convenient for asking questions. It is located in the city center, convenient for transportation, and shuttle service is available at specific times. High-speed Wi-Fi works smoothly. The price is worth it and highly recommended. The hotel room has some nice design features but things like the gym and gym towels are quite dated. The buffet was arranged in a awkward manner with the food across a number of different stations in different rooms. Couldn't locate salt and pepper. Overall the breakfast buffet variety was not that great although food quality was high. For example there was no bacon and only one yogurt selection. There was no bathtub, no in room safe & the bathroom was extremely small & pokey. There were also no spare power points, not even for the supplied kettle, which REALLY detracts from the whole experience. Staff were very polite & service was immaculate.
