I was there for 2 nights. The hotel was very convenient, good location just one block next to the van station where I catch to Bangkok. I came little earlier for checking in and the staff was very nice and flexible so she understood my situation as I traveled with elder. NO breakfast even if I booked the room with breakfast included...got a small cash compensation from the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Bed is very hard (i like hard beds but this is too hard even for me) No under roof parking for motorbikes.
