A very nice hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to many attractions in the city centre area. Close to hop on hop off buses. Lots of restaurants all around the area. Good shopping as well. Would definitely stay there again if visiting Rome.

8.2/10 Very good! (747 reviews)
Worst hotel experience ever! The elevator was broken throughout our entire stay, making things extremely inconvenient. To make matters worse, the guy at reception tried to charge me twice for the city tax, even though I had already paid it just 10 minutes earlier!
Absolutely disappointing. I would not recommend staying here. I will NEVER comeback! I also felt terrible for the poor staff member who had to carry our 23kg luggages from the 3rd floor all the way down to the main floor. Worst experience!

"My wife is from Thailand, and we’re visiting one of her friends who lives nearby. It’s such a beautiful, peaceful little town, and we’ve really enjoyed our time here. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and a great value for the price. I grew up in a small town in the USA, and being here gives me that ..."
