I had the pleasure of meeting several staff members during my stay, all of whom went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and accommodate requests such as luggage storage and early check-in. The complimentary foot massage was an unexpected and much-appreciated touch. I look forward to staying with you again on my next visit. Was very excited to stay at the property due to it's history and heritage. It has a lovely courtyard and is decorated nicely throughout. The messages from the owner before and during stay were a nice tough - I do wish the same kind of conversation and care could have flowed from reception staff though. ...
