"We 3 of us stayed in a room in this hotel. Clean and helpful staff. BUT the mattress of the bed for the third person was wrapped in plastic cover which I believe must have the original plastic cover when you purchase a mattress from a shop. Extremely uncomfortable to sleep and make creaking noise when turn from one side to other. We stayed in more than 50 hotels but we haven't come across this in any of them. Please remove the plastic cover when it's used by a guest and then put it back...

"My stay at the hotel was good. The room was clean. The washroom was immaculately clean. The Manager (Either Rahul or Rajeev) was very helpful and provide the guidance. He also assisted me get the Lord Krishna's darshan at Jagannath Puri. Overall value for money."

"The staff isnt the most welcoming. The room looks slightly different than pictures but was clean. Breakfast is served in room and is not in a buffet. The hotel is located under a gym and there is a lot of foot traffic. Keep that in mind. Parking was a challenge as well as the whole front space was full of bikes and scooters. "
