Total floor area: 92 m² including the attic areas. On the heights of the village of Chanaz, nestled in a green valley, charming country house with its neat and personalized decoration, its terrace and its terraced garden bordering a stream. Very close to the heart of the village with restaurants and various activities as well as the famous oil mill dating from 1868\. Access from the outside to the cellar (washing machine and dryer).
