Always easy to point out the negatives, but they are limited. Often out of pool towels, the ultra all inclusive has some odd exclusions. Just charge a bit more and include everything. Could use pool or beach attendants to avoid people reserving chairs. Cheapens the experience. Invest in big ice cubes ...

Flawlessly clean room and everything. The staff was top notch! All of them. If you need anything they got the answer. Only thing is like all the place is this area of Tulum, the construction can get loud. So for get about random naps. I still give this beautiful place a 10/10!!
